Steadycams
From MITVWiki
A steadycam is a device that allows the cameraperson to move (walk, run, etc.) while keeping a relatively wiggle free shot.
The very easiest way to build a steadycam is to get a paperbag and cut out holes for the lens and the viewfinder. If you now grab the bag by the handles you get nicely steady shots.
